So I've been wearing my ugly ass huge blue nerdy glasses since middleschool and finally Im changing them after so many years, I've had so many girls tell me I look way better without glasses because they are ugly as shit and dont fit my face at all. Give me a nerdy look and thus the halo effect fucks me over.

Now, im going for black glasses ofc as my hair is black and I wear a more dark style, now my question is: what type of glasses to get?

I can filter out some suggestions for face shapes but even then its just so many options and honestly I dont have a particular taste.

And I want to go into the store with some sort of idea or the saleswoman will most likely just push something for me to buy.

Any tips or suggestions?
