Focus on yourself. Why is there an unblocked channel? I went through this last year. I even unblocked her after a few months and checked her social media on a friend's phone to prove to myself I didn't care. Boy was I wrong. Saw her post a picture with another guy and that set me back a couple months of progress. If you're still in contact with her or expecting her to contact you, you will never let go. I'm doing much better now but still not through it completely. What helped me was focusing on the gym, sports, hobbies (picked up boxing and muay thai), and going out 1-2 a week. Best way to get over a girl is to get under a girl. Absolutely do not unblock or interact with her in any way. Like you said, you know the plan. Stick to it otherwise you will be set back weeks/months every time you interact with her.

Take two weeks. Cry it out. Let yourself feel it. Then after two weeks get back out there and slay poon. Works for me at least.

Bro all the advice you're hearing here is not gonna do you any good. Breakup sucks and you need to live with it. You have void in your heart now and you need to fill it with other kind of love.

Okay you may find this silly but what worked for me was booking a flight back home and cuddling with mom for hours crying my fucking heart out. The mother wasn't as emotionally supportive as I expected her to be as she started teasing me for being a little bitch and having a girl fucking me up this good. She reassured me that she's not worth it and I'll move on soon and find better options. I woke up the next day feeling much better. I still have mood swings once in a while but it's getting a lot better by the day.

That feeling of voidness you currently feel is your emotional investment turning out a complete fiasco. That's why investing emotionally in someone else will help tremendously. And who's better than your mom? Or even your brother or sister? They're the one who truly support you in the time of need. Friends ain't shit.

It honestly just takes time. Gets better everyday. As long as you keep busy.

Create goals for your self and strive to achieve them everyday little by little. You will feel a lot better working towards a purpose.

Find your own feet, find other girls, find other activities. Cut this one off. Contact will just weaken you.

No contact is the right move. It may take few months and will be rough journey until you move on to someone new.

There is no rush, healing is a process and day by day you will feel stronger.

No contact is NOT a "must", that's one thing for sure. You have to decide for yourself, only do this if you feel this way. There's no "rules" to follow apart from your own ones.

Don't keep her unblocked. If you have any attachment to her you're going to constantly hope she'll text you, and keep looking and checking for it. Keep her blocked, if she truly wants to get to you she'll find a way besides texting. As time goes on you'll hurt less and less, just work on yourself. A few days after she dumped me I had a talk with my mom and it helped to talk about it. Don't keep bringing it up though. The more you think about her the harder it will be to move on.
