Realize a couple of things. 1, just because someone is stronger doesn't mean they're automatically the alpha in a relationship (this is why many women run relationships). If a girl was stronger than me and held me down... I would threaten her very quickly... "Are you sure you want to be holding me down? You better kill me then because if you don't get the fuck off me now, as soon as I get up I'm going to the kitchen, grabbing a knife, and FUCKING YOU UP" (and I would have kept eye contact the entire time). I would have tossed insults about her weight and her being too tomboy / masculine and told her, her next boyfriend isn't probably going to want such a tomboy for a woman (implying that she's going to be searching for a new man, and also demeaning her) and I would have just verbally ravaged her and then I would have made her back down and apologize and asserted myself back into my position at the top.

You didn't do SHIT. It's not all about running to this subreddit for answers... who gives a shit. Cultivate the correct mentality and you'll never have to wonder what to say. The correct mentality is, never let your woman challenge you physically... and if you are weak as fuck, still don't let her challenge you, assert yourself as higher in the food chain and make her ass back down... else you've been punked in your own eyes and in hers.

You should have said something while it was happening, and then afterwards you should have told her what consequences she's brought upon herself by doing what she did. Now you're probably slinking around the house like a little bitch... are you proud about that?
