Start increasing your smv more. Start detaching. The worst thing you can do is make this into a bigger deal. You can only control yourself.

You should be your own first priority, always. Does not matter what she is doing or not doing. Women are going to do whatever they want and if you react instead of respond, they will use it as justification.

She being goofy? Go lift

She being distant? Go out with the guys

She being secretive? DHV, dread, self improve

Nothing you can really do, besides doing your head in, or asking her and looking like a jealous beta.

You gotta ALWAYS feel like you're the best option in her life - lifting, working on your mission, etc.

Then, keep an eye on the rest of her behaviour. If nothing is changing, or her attraction, you probably ok. Keep maintaining and living in your frame, and keeping the relationship in your frame. If you get major resistance to that, then you have problems.

As always, keep your own value up and confidence you can create options if shit goes down. Not 'this is my only option, so I'm going to let my hamster run over a phone password'.

1) Maintain your value, self improvement and prioritize.
2) Run the relationship in your frame, only keep her on YOUR terms and if she keeps up what you want.
3) Maintain confidence that you could replace her whenever needed.
