This is your time to up the alpha. This is the time when she's more likely to get pregnant and her body knows this. It's useful to be aware of their ovulation cycle but at the same time always hold them accountable for their actions. Shit tests should be easy to pass if you're in an LTR and you should know what behaviors you can't tolerate.

All women go through these cycles so even if you next her, you're still going to run into it eventually with future partners.

Just hold frame and know what your boundaries are. If she crosses them then just soft next and do your own thing. Apply dread game too before you consider hard nexting.
