How do I act around this girl I work with? We dated and hooked up off and on for 7 months. Some drama and bullshit went down, at first she said she wanted to keep trying at it but the next day said she changed her mind and we should just be friends (I did this to her months ago and freaked out and asked me to go on a date soon after). Any ways I want to just cut her out entirely but we see each other at work a lot and we always end up talking and I catch myself eye fucking her and using kino. How should I proceed?
