Alright brethren, I need advice.

Preface: A few weekends ago I took a girl from work skiing. I didn't pay for shit and we both had a good time.

I asked this girl out last weekend, she said she had too much homework. That is a massive red flag and I told her I thought that was bullshit. She said she really likes me and should go out another time. Yesterday I ask again and she says shes going to party in the mountains for her friends birthday this weekend, but next Friday would work. I say ok (I'm busy this weekend too, so that was good).

About 3 hours later I get a text saying Friday will not work and we should reschedule to Thursday because she has an exam on Saturday morning and is going to a hockey game with her brother later that night. I have not responded. Thursday obviously is not ideal because we both have to get up early for work Friday and I want a late night or nothing with this chick.

I feel like this girl is playing the field and I'm at best option #2. I keep getting denied prime time (Fri/Sat nights) for either "schoolwork" or other social things.

What do you guys think? It seems even more obvious as I type this out, but maybe I am overreacting or something. She did agree to a sushi/sake bomb date, just not when I want it. Here are my options as I see them:

  1. Agree to a date on a night I don't want just to see how it goes. 2. Decline and destroy all hope for any future action from this girl.

What to do boys?? I want to either be first option or nothing, would going on a date on Thursday allow me to elevate myself to that if there is already an established first option for her?

I just don't wanna get played out here!
