Women have a dual-mating strategy, alpha fucks beta bucks.

The guy makes her wet, gives her the tingles like no other guy can. He fulfills her short term mating strategy of being with an alpha fucks.

What she also seems to realize is that unlike a beta bucks, she won’t be able to lock him down long term. She likely won’t be able to find a long term partner that gives her the tingles that way he can. That’s why she’s still crying over no longer being with him.

Basically, she knows that’s the guy she genuinely desires. But she also knows he probably has other women thus saying “I don’t want to be a man’s 2nd option.” So she’ll struggle to keep him long term and be exclusive with her.

Probably could have explained this more succinctly but I hope that makes sense.

She is a decent girl actually. She knows she can't lock down high value guy and leaves him instead of trailing a long with him for 7 years and putting blame on the guy.

Both people are decent in this situation.

It is not weird, sounds like to me she is at least trying to fight her urges, which is really rare these days. Still, of course there is a high risk she will be comparing everyone who comes next to this guy. This is why in the past it was the father of the family deciding with whom the daughter will get engaged.

Also, her parents probably divorced when she was 6 or so. This shit has divorce childhood drama written all over it.

When all they have to offer is some pus, they learn that guys tend to leave once they put out. So, they play games withholding the pus until they have secured a relationship.
