Background: I was going around the other day trying to get a 2nd job when I stopped into PetCo. I walked up to the first person I saw and asked for an application. After saying this I realized it was a girl, we'll call her B, and she was an 8. Now, I'm really into alternative-looking girls, as I am an alternative man myself, which is semi-important to this story. Anyway, she gave me the generic employee response of "you need to apply online", but took the extra time to mention that I should call in multiple times and how that's what she did to get the job and yadda yadda yadda. She ended her little speech with a cutesy giggle. I smiled and thanked her for her helpfulness. Now, being a total stranger to cold approach, I knew that I was into her, but didn't have anything prepared and wasn't ready for an encounter with an 8 in PetCo. It's been 3 days and tomorrow I plan on going back there and striking up a conversation with her. Note that this is only a loose framework for what I will say, and can be adapted and improvised if she goes in a different direction.

"Hey. B, right?"

she says something

"Listen, I gotta be honest with you here, after I talked to you about this job the other day I kinda realized I'd be too creeped out to touch any bugs, so I can't work here. But I wanted to come back because I would like to know if you're as interesting as you look."

she says something

"Can I take you out for coffee sometime? That's what people do in the movies."

if she says yes or no, seal the deal or walk away, otherwise close with this

"If what people wear on the outside says something about who they are on the inside then I think we probably have a lot in common. But you're working and we can have plenty of time to talk about that over coffee."
