You have to get out of that mindset. When you went out with your buddy or girl, did you look at guys at the bar by themselves and thought that they were losers?

I never thought that way. People that I went out with never thought that way. No one is paying you any attention. Its all in your head.

I go out with myself A LOT and I mean A LOT because my friends keep getting married and having kids and stuff.

When I go out by myself, its actually better. Because you are more approachable. Girls and guys will feel more conformable around you because you are not surrounded by your closed circle of friends.

Bartenders are more prone to talk to you because you're just one person. So its easier to have a conversation with them.

Point is, its not as bad as you think it is. Being viewed as a loser is all in your head. Trust me, no one is looking at you thinking "aww he's here by himself, he must be some creepy loser."

No one thinks that way.

Also, when you do go out by yourself, there will be times when you don't get any real interactions or girl's numbers. That happens. You're not going to have some magical time every time you go out by yourself, but some of my best times going out is when I was alone.

And if worse comes to worse, you can always lie and say you left your buddies at some bar because it was lame you came to this location.

Some people think it's weird. I personally go out alone a lot. As my smv has gotten higher, people have started caring less about me being alone

It hinges on how weak you look. If you go out alone and you look like the dude who's lost and hoping someone will save him, then it will go badly.

When you're out in a club or bar setting alone, especially, frame becomes much more important. Really, you almost have to go one level higher than frame and establish command presence.

I've gone out many times alone. I have pulled girls or numbers just about every time. I have more success with women alone than with a group of buddies, where you are too distracted to go after the goal.
