They fucked before you were exclusive so why do you care again? Yes, I agree about the lying part, that's a no go. So, why did you accept her again? I thought boundaries weren't meant to be overstepped.
There are certain patterns you need to recognize for people who are lying and who are potentially abusive aswell. Tattoos are one thing, bad childhood another, bad or zero relationship with the parents, raised by a single parent, goes to therapy often or doesn't even tho they know something is wrong, excessive drinking and drug abuse.

Those are just a small amount of many clues you have to learn to understand the pattern these kind of people go to abuse you.

In the end its not their fault they ended up like this (at least not completely their fault) but it's not your responsibility to make them feel better or to heal them. You are not a doctor, you're just some guy who wants to get his dick wet and/or wants some intimate connection.
