TRP says it doesnt matter how you greet or cold approach because people forget that anyway. I agree.

However, my issue is that I feel fucking autistic when I say hi to people. I don't know what tone of voice to adopt, sometimes I come off aggressive, sometimes I sound like a pussy. No in between. Childhood issues blabla you're not here to read about my life.

I think the real issue is with physical distance. (I believe it to be because in a "normal' social setting I don't have this problem). I'm a bit dyspraxic but idk if that is the real issue.

I don't know the appropriate physical distance from where to approach/talk to people. Would you yell hi to a person that is 20-30 meters from you? Would you go next to them (1-2m)? Where do you stop and how do you position your body?

I know it sounds autistic as fuck but it's one of the few things that I have been unable to fix.
