This is the same as any other rejection without a counter offer. She's not that interested in you. If she were interested, she'd have countered with a date when she's free. Instead, she's leaving it on you to keep chasing her and wouldn't care that much if you didn't.

If you've had other positive interactions with this one and think you still have a shot, respond, "np. maybe next time" and go fuck other girls this weekend. Then, maybe next Tuesday or Wednesday, send her one text suggesting she meet you for drinks Thursday night at a bar close to one of your residences at 8:30. If she doesn't reply or declines again with no counter-offer, quit bothering her and go fuck other women. Maybe she gets bored and hits you up in the future, maybe not.

If you really haven't done anything or covered any significant ground with this girl, don't bother texting her again and focus your attention on other girls you have better chances with.
