So during hanging out with bunch of friend, one girl, who's 29, was talking about relationship in general.

She says that she saw a lot of cases where, during the start of relationship, guys will show a lot of effort for the relationship. But as time passes, guys start neglecting his girl. So the girl, in turn, prepares for the eventual break up. If at that stage, if there is another guy being nice to that girl. That is when and how the break up happens. She continues that that is how breakups happen and guys always wonder why all of sudden cheating/breaking up happen. It is due to guy neglecting his girl.

When I heard this, I was baffled that she made it sound like it is guy's fault for girls to cheat or cause breakups.

I am still in anger phase, so I couldn't take her statement as a joke and I almost exploded on her. I was being sour and sarcastic on how it is always guys fault that girls cheat. I even said that, that is the reality and guys can't do much about it. Guys are DNA'd to spread his seeds and it is natural for eventual 'neglection' happens. I continued that guys are initially in overdrive to get this girl and it is more like returning to norm, rather than neglection.

She said that I must have not had many relationships. She even told me to go date more girls.

I am into this girl, but man, her talk really makes mad. I am not sure if she is testing me or she is just red flag galore.
