Hello boys.

I completely fucked it. Went on a day out with my LTR, and she was talking about this guy who way back in the day she used to want to get with, who was there with his new girl, my LTR’s friend. She brought him up around 5 times, mentioning how he had a ‘lot going for him’ , how he was so much skinnier now etc. She also said she got pissed off at him cos he kept talking about how she used to be so attracted to him and teasing her about it. This was both on the drive there and on the drive back.

After she mentioned him for like the 6th time I went quiet and wasn’t really receptive. Just on my phone a bit. She kept asking me why I was off and eventually I told her she was being a bit disrespectful about this guy.

Guys, how could I handle this better in future? I know I completely got fucked here.
