Has anybody been successful ghosting for a while?

My phone was broke for the past week.

I had a way more productive, positive week without it. As soon as it was fixed, I didn’t even feel compelled to pick it up for quick dopamine hits like I usually would.

I’m personally going to do this more regularly now and start locking my phone up for periods of time. I eventually want to completely ‘ghost’ and no longer own a phone (a smartphone at least). It brings me far far more negativity than it could ever benefit me, personally.

Social media is the fucking devil.

Sounds like "monk mode". Sounds like a good excuse to give up trying wirh women while trying to convince yourself you're improving.

This sounds like "Monk Mode" and not ghosting.

Ghosting is when you're speaking to someone who may be a potential plate/LTR and you or they just stop replying to texts/calls and disappear off the face of the earth.

Rid your self of time sinks social media etc.. Suggest hikes and walks or watching the sunset as date ideas. Women love this shit and you dont have to spend a dime. Find other ways to generate income. Make a budget l.
