EDIT: To clarify, I am talking about orgasm without ejaculation as discussed in the mentioned books which is what 'multi-orgasmic' refers to. Most men can cum multiple times but this is about separating that from orgasm so you can orgasm as many times as you want.

I read some books on it years ago (multi-orgasmic male) and just came across it again reading The Way of the Superior Man. I've been doing the stuff like squeezing the pelvic floor and trying to 'orgasm up the spine' but I can never seem to get it to work and be able to separate orgasm from ejaculation. Have any of you guys actually accomplished this feat? I'm questioning whether everyone is able to do it.
