AA is like rope a dope, you're not going to land any knock out blows, though it can open opportunities but it'll keep you from losing face and shows that you don't really care what they're saying. If this guy is using you like some sort of punching bag you're going to have to hit him back a few times to get the message across.

Keep lifting. Take up some martial arts classes if you haven't already, boxing,bjj or MT will do. You see, you should always try to avoid conflict but some people, like this guy, need some straight up confrontation to shut em up. You alreayd tried ignoring him and telling him off. Still doesn't get it? knock his fucking teeth out or at least try. I guarantee you he will stfu.
