I know this is not really the place but I'd be happy for some input from a place that is focused on personal growth. I know there are some driven and successful people here.

I'm in software engineering as a team lead and I currently have two job offers on the table in different countries. My goal is to shift towards manager type roles.

Offer 1: 50/50 consultant manager/consultant in a small new team that I get to grow and shape as I want.

Offer 2: Non-manager tech role in a big company that is making a big transition in tech, organization and culture. I'd be part of literally the biggest change in this field in this country. Lots of room for growth in whatever direction I want. Very good pay and package.

What would you say opens the most doors in the future?
