My girlfriend and I are about to be moving into a great apartment together. It's perfect except for one thing, which is that literally the next door apartment is the home of a guy who is very tall, handsome, and chiseled. He lives there with his girlfriend but I'm not stupid enough to let that put my mind at ease. In contrast to his build, I am rather skinny but fit, and my game has always been more than efficient to have success with women, LTRs, and dealing with AMOGs.

What I am concerned about, isn't that I couldn't handle this guy in a social situation to dethrone him as the AMOG, but that he is going to be next door as a constant presence the entire time. I'm pretty certain this is going to take a constant stream of massive effort on my part, but what would you guys do in this type of situation?
