I guarantee you that 25 of those pounds that you gained is fat. There is no way you gained 15-20 pounds in a semester (15 weeks).
Slow down the bulk; the gains are not worth it. I know you are ridiculously skinny to start out with, but slow your roll. Lifting is a lifelong pursuit; you will not get ripped in a few years.

I'm not sure I follow. I probably gained some fat but my bf% dropped so yeah.

What I am saying is that it's impossible to gain that much weight in muscle. Most, if not a majority of your weight gain is fat.
Humans at it's most efficient only produce around 10-12 pounds of lean muscle a year. The rest you gain is body fat.

You aren't 8%, you don't have a crazy fast metabolism and some of those meals are snacks.
But none of that actually matters.
The foods you listed - how many calories is that? What are the macros? For $200 I'll work it out for you. Probably best you learn to do it but it's your call.

Got multiple tests at our campus health lab. I'm 8%.

Skinfold thickness caliper measurement or oh hang on. You stood on scales and it told you? That can be close by coincidence. I gained 5% bf in ten minutes according to such machines.
8% is far leaner than most people think.

Calipers. Got tested 3 times.
I was a literal twig when I started. My father was a spruce tree.

Caliper tests are mostly good for direction of change. Don't worry about the rest.
Eat like it's your job. Serious. When you sit down to food get in the work headspace. Forget about 'feeling' hungry. Eat because it supports your goals.

Fuck you dumbass. I use to want to gain weight, now I can't keep that shit off. Enjoy it.
You'll just get fat trying to bulk. Stay trim my friend

I mean look, think logically... if you're not gaining weight (fat or muscle) then you're not fucking eating enough. What other option is there? You're not eating that much calories wise. What's your target? Just from eye-balling it and guesstimating based on what you wrote and the fact you're not gaining I'd say 2400-2600. Also your protein intake looks plenty high enough. 1g/lb is more than fine. Have a calorie and protein target, and don't sweat the rest of the macro makeup much. Think long term and create something sustainable. If you're not gaining weight, evaluate the diet (you should have done this before), and bump the cals up 200/day and try again, iyam.
The one reply that was helpful. Thanks.
