Hello. I will start teaching evening classes on a subject that is close to my heart. Are there any teachers here? Can you give me some advices for the beginning? Any good books on how to become a teacher? Thanks.

Edit: I am interested in red pill perspective on teaching. In a class you need to confront AMOGS, you need to keep your frame or students will roll over you, you must build rapport with your student, you must attract them to your topic etc. I am looking for some resources (e.g. books) for beginning but would like to avoid feminist/new-age/sensitivity materials.
