Preface/Context: I am one of the many high school graduates going into college. I happened to run into a girl at a grad party I used to date, but had broken up with because there was no emotional attraction(she's too green and sustainable farming where I like entertainment and technology, we both like sports). One of the few times we kissed in the relationship, she warned me there wasn't much there(she is a very petite girl but that figure turns me on).

So after having a nice time with this girl at the grad party, talking and playing ping pong and volleyball, I text her this: "Is there sexual tension between us?" Her: "I would say so" I:"Do you want to hook up later?" Her: "Yes but I leave Thursday morning" I: "You come over Tuesday mid day?" Her: "Yes I will bike over" I: "Don't wear something with pants" Her: "haha OK" I: "Alright see ya tomorrow" Her:"See ya then"

Feel free to judge that texting game. Anyhow we had plans on Monday with a big group of friends, so I saw her then.

Jump to Tuesday: I woke up early and did whatever and at about 11 I sent this text because she had left her bike at my house: "Come over now? I can pick you up" Her: "out shopping with sister, be there in 45 minutes" I:"K" Later, she texts this in all caps Her: "I'M COMING OVER" I: "K" Her: "HERE"

I let her in, take her to the couch, and we sit down. She sits a bit away from me. I ask her how shopping was and what stores she went to and then I say this(Verbatim): "Want to get started?" Her"I don't know" I: "OK. Want me to give you a backrub?" Her: "Sorry no I don't like people touching my back."

It then becomes silence with her bringing things up like how weird it is we are graduating from high school, how high school doesn't matter, I give responses without breaking frame like "Yes I can't wait to go" and "Yeah I can't even remember the people in my classes". She finally asks Her:" Whatever happened to us?" I: I like to get work done at (profession I'm going to), get work done at school, hang out with my friends, and do what I want with girls".

She doesn't respond. Silence. Eventually she says Her:"Sorry but I think it's better if I go"

I let her out nicely with her bike and she said maybe we could meet up on break or something. I said maybe.

Help me out TRP. The one excuse I can throw out is that this girl is aware she doesn't have the boobs or butt of other girls(this girls like a 6) and probably has low confidence because of it.
