I have posted on this sub before and first of, I want to thank everybody on the board who has given great advice.

changed my diet. I do not eat fast food and do not eat meat anymore ( unless it's a special occasion). I eat lentils, beans, vegetables, grains and various protein powders, among other things. I still get around 150g of high quality proteins, feel great and save a lot of money.

Made lifting goals. Right now, I'm doing Candito Advanced Bench Program (a free program) and will hit a 315 pound bench in a few weeks at 175 pounds bodyweight. After researching online, I found out that the California USPA state record in my age group 20-23 and in the 165 weight class is 337 pounds. The possibility of setting a state record has given me incredible motivation.

I've signed up for a computer science class at my local college and I want to make a career out of it.

I read No More Mr. Nice Guy once again, but I am actually trying to incorporate it into my life rather then just read it.

The biggest change so far has been not hanging out with negative people. There were very toxic and self hating people that were carry overs from high school that I've stopped talking to. Two days ago, one of them called threatening to kill themselves because I wasn't talking to them anymore...

Made friends with the strongest guy in my gym. He is actually a really friendly guy and he himself has 6! state records. He even offered me steroids and advice, but I'm not ready for gear yet. He invited me to train with him and his two friends and now I train with them everyday if I can.

Brushing my teeth multiple times a day, using mouthwash twice a day, paying attention to my appearance, regularly cleaning my room and car.

I still have many more steps to take, but I wanted to share what I've done so far. Thanks again guys
