I started as a skinny little bitch years ago. Then I said enough and put on 25 lbs of muscle in one year. Suddenly even while still being autistic it was raining bitches and guys were saying "damn you are jacked"

Made a ridiculous transformation from 154 lbs 5'10" completely shredded from home training and being an athlete all my life to 180 lbs as lean in 1-2 years. Nothing changed mentally I think. Still had the same insecurities but I was proud of my transformation. It was pretty much my natty peak or close to it.

Within a few months - girls staring, girls initiating conversation, guys staring, more respect from guys, kids asking me how much I can lift, compliments from basically everyone, confidence sky high, more disciplined, more respect for myself

The biggest thing that I gained was confidence. I really do take it for granted now, but back when I was a scrawny 63kg teenager, finishing a workout and the feeling of my body being completely destroyed just made me feel like I was on cloud nine.
