I think too much. I don't have to work in near future. I can eat junk food, watch movies all day, do nothing, not talk to anyone and I would be fine. (btw I've been getting fit, I don't eat junk food and I'm slowly changing because I want to be better). Because I can afford to do nothing, my most important "mission" is me. I always think about me. I don't know what the fuck I am doing. It is actually meaningless. But I can see why I am doing this. By "this" I mean thinking all the time, asking too many questions, trying to get answers to things that are relevant to my self importance. I am doing "this" because there is nothing better I can do. Thinking about me is my mission. In a weird way. It's like foreplay. I'm thinking about myself and savoring myself. (I'm trying to make a point)
Anyone found a way to stop doing such a thing? I've been doing this for 3-4 years now.
Edit. Actually I've been doing it for longer. For about 6 years. Last time I was focusing on something else other than myself, it was a preperation for a major exam. I dedicated to it and got what I wanted to a reasonable extent. This took 2 years. Before that (before 8 years ago) I was also thinking about myself. I was just reading a lot of books and playing online games for pleasure (a form of escapism maybe). I didn't have friends. Still don't lol
