I was taking the bins out at work and there were 2 or 3 guys my age or a bit older out the front. As I walk past one of them says something like ‘is that an actual rat’ just loud enough so I can hear it. I ignore it. When I come back past they ask me if they can get a free drink and I just say ‘nah we’re closed’. I feel like a pussy not saying anything about it but I couldn’t think of anything at the time. Any thoughts?
