When you swallowed TRP, how exactly did it affect your LTR ?

Getting better at holding frames ? Getting more heads ? Being able to read Red flags ? Or just basic knowledge of how women psychology works ?

Note: I know that the TRP is more than women psychology and chasing the pussy.
