Ok so basically I just finished my first year of uni. I met this girl in my program first semester, we hit it off well and SHE ended up asking me out skating then cancelled last minute. Tried to reschedule but she cancelled again. Found that weird so I stopped talking to her for a while. During second semester we met up a lot to study together alone. She's asked me to hang out in a non study environment about 3 times now and either didn't follow through or cancel last minute with a bullshit excuse. One time we actually ended up meeting up to party hop together and that was it. It's summer now so I stopped talking to her but recently she messaged me asking to hang out once I'm back in town for my lab and clinic work. Not gonna lie I really like her and it doesn't help when I keep getting lead on. Not sure if she's scared of commitment or just wants attention. Need advice.

TLDR: Girl I like keeps cancelling on hang outs which is retarded cause she's the one always asking me in the first place. What do I do?
