Sometimes when i mess up, or fail shit tests, i am well aware exactly how and why i fucked up. Sometimes when i'm in the moment, depending on the conversation i'm having with a women, i tend to respond depending on how i feel, rather than what my brain is actually telling me to do, and i end up feeling like fucking shit and anxious after because i handled a situation poorly, and i just get super anxious and depressed after.

Is this just something that comes from experience and you control your emotions through learning from mistakes, or is there anything i could do to help me in these situations? I'm 22 years old, so i don't know if it has something to do with my age.
