I've been there 3 years ago and it bothered me for two years. I just could not escalate past a kiss on our dates. I ended up liking her alot (mistake), then I got afraid of offending her (mistake) and subsequently got afraid of grabbing her ass when we kissed. I didn't want to present myself as a sleazeball (mistake), because I was liking her.

You gotta stop liking these girls and just view them as a piece of sexual meat. Once the two of you start banging on the regular maybe she'll bring up the relationship talk. But you really have to be a sleazeball to start off.

I was recently in a similar scenario, except I realized half way that I'm being a little bitch and would have ended up in your situation if I didn't escalate.

Even if you were oblivious to the whole her coming over thing (was a long time friend? because someone new coming over should already give you green flags...) Anyways, I found that my issue is with escalating as well. MAINLY because the chicks I was with before TRP were very attracted to me and they usually escalated. So when you have a chick that's more reserved or more feminine and expects the man to do something, you'll know. If she's sitting awkwardly on your bed or if there's a long silence, you should be aware that something is up and she is not being lead. IoIs are basically green lights to escalate.
