All men, even alphas, get oneitis. It seems to simply be a feature of the male romantic experience. Some men get it for years, or never get over it. Just accept it as part of your reality, accept that you'll have those feelings, and move on. You need to meet new women and create new experiences.

I personally wasn’t even phased when my nearly 2 year relationship ended a couple months ago. I clearly remember her screaming, crying, and calling me everything under the sun while I stood there with a neutral expression. Watching her immaturity speak volumes. I also remembered all the moments she made my life a living hell, that made it so easy to maintain frame that moment.

Your ex ended it, like my situation. She didn’t want to put in the effort to fix things. Sounds like she’s incredibly lazy, which is how my ex was.

Also begin working on yourself. Hit the gym if you aren’t already, explore new hobbies or dive deeper into yours. Focus more on your education/career, invest financially. You won’t get laid as easily as a woman, but you most definitely will at some point (took a about a month for me to get my first fuck post-breakup). Once you get laid again, it’ll help with the oneitis.

TL;DR- Remember all the bad shit she did to you. Realize she’s a lazy, spoon fed bitch who didn’t want to work things out. Focus on improving yourself and another woman will give you a good time, ultimately curing the oneitis.
