What worked for me in the past is literally moving on to new woman.
Trust me on this, once you meet someone new who's giving you the right vibes & attention, you will forget everything about your ex. (Basically what your ex did, it's human nature).

Eh, same boat here more or less. I'm trapped living in a shit hole, and when I'm done living here, I'm going to need to live in another shit hole for a little bit too. Project myself to be next free to pursue women in 7 months.... after losing a girl I, honestly, thought very fucking highly of.
What's been working for me... just relax. Chances are you're still young. There's still time. One thing I've been doing is viewing this as an opportunity. The honeymoon phase--let's face it--is the best part of relationships. I'm going to get to do that with another girl as good as her--if I keep up my value, or improve it--at some point. If I'm patient. That honestly feels amazing, and I'm excited. We'd been together 4 years, so I thought my NRE days were over. I'm genuinely excited to experience a honeymoon phase with a girl again.
Beyond that, just recognize what you need to do. If a girl wanted to leave you, chances are, you fucked up. Women don't leave their ideal man (unless they're really fucked up). So, take notes, improve, get ready for next time. It is what it is.
