Ask her for some help on your term paper. When she hesitantly complies, then start heavy kino while the other students are still in the room. ASD is high at this point (because she's probably married with kids)... When things feel right escalate to her office and boom, A+ on your term paper.

Miserably fail at this, or just approach younger, more attractive women your age.

When in class, sit in front of her. Talk to her casually. Know more than she knows on what she teaches.

If you game her under these condition and you are even remotely attractive, as a man, then she won't be able to help falling for you.
