On serious note, you just say thank you and move on with your day, its not a big deal.

When either sex complement me (especially women), I just say thanks. Giving a compliment back immediately following being complemented makes it seem like its not genuine.

Over thinking this. Just say thanks or completely ignore it.

Look at the person, if not fuckable, immediately look away and say thanks. If fuckable, go into minimal detail about how you've been working hard, etc. Then shift the conversation on them. "What about you? Do you work out?" Etc. I'm sure you can think of some more material to get a number or organize a date after that.

i have learned that thank you can be very strong. even with insults. if anyone insults u smile and thank them. and keep minding your own thing.
