LTR of mine recently found out that my sister who is a 10 said that she(LTR) was not that good looking and far too annoying during a temporary breakup. However, I did mention that I disagreed with my sister and her perception of my LTR. My LTR is claiming that I brought up the whole situation to hurt her and that I shouldn't have told her even though I felt that she deserved to know.

How should I handle this situation while maintaining frame?
