Back when I was a social autist, I resorted to comedy to have friends, because I didn't think I had value otherwise. I was classic case of dancing monkey - more the worse because I have some skill for comedy. I stopped being funny. When your life is so shit you want to die, you stop being funny. Be Mr. Serious for a while, uproot one extreme by flipping to the other. Just as the lavish man should become miserly for time, you should become very serious for a time (and quarantine is a perfect time to do this). Once you've uprooted the automatic habit to entertain at expense of your self respect, you can gradually introduce humor into your interactions till you're balanced.

Stay in frame. Don’t be a dancing monkey and let her run off with the dudes with game. Trying to make a woman laugh is pretty much begging for her validation.

She should be chasing your validation. Noting wrong with limited jokes and humor but keep it to a minimum until you have hit it and have her under your control.

This is so broad. Who cares. Are people calling you out for it? Whatever, people joke and goof. I mean I don't even know what you mean is so bad that it is placed in a diffrent category? Ultimately it depends on your view of it. What I mean is, do you do something selfdecrecating and then act unbothered by it like it is no big deal? Or are you doing goofy shit, and then letting people walk over you about it and just owning it like your just some klutz?

It's less about "acting" goofy and "being" goofy. Do you get serious when the situation calls for it or are you always cracking jokes like a clown? You're most likely fine if you're asking yourself this question.
