I see this question all the time on here. Dates are so simple, but they require you to have hobbies first. Rock climbing, archery, biking, climbing, swimming, filmmaking, whatever it is you like that displays value, just bring them along. If you don't have hobbies, get some.

Secondly, drop the mindset of not planning on sex at the end, as you appear boring. Girls love a guy who is clear with his intentions, and you need to constantly escalate. In all of this, don't curtail your lifestyle to a girl, let her come into your frame.

Lastly, set high expectations of yourself. Girls today can pick anyone, ask yourself why she should fuck you instead of someone else?

You are going out with the goal to make her happy and you can never be sure any second that she is having fun so you are basically anxious and on edge.

Change your mindset that you're going out to have a good time yourself and she is along for the ride. I'm guessing you don't like going out to dinner and talking about boring shit, so don't do that. Instead take her rock climbing or some activity. Instead of boring conversations you can check her ass out as she tries to scale a wall. You get plenty of chance for kino and escalation. You don't have to listen to her dumb ass words. She feels she has done something adventurous and brag about it to all her friends. You will stand out against all the other betas who buy her dinner and talk about boring work shit she doesn't care about.

The problem isn't you are boring, but is that you are doing a boring ducking activity.

This is how you do it.

When you talk to her and ask her out to coffee but to bring sporty clothes because you may want to do an activity after.

Then you meet her for coffee and verify she isn't crazy or ugly. If she is you just bail and all you wasted was 20 min of your time and 2$ on coffee. If you want to proceed then take her somewhere that is a physical activity. Hiking, a sport, climbing, park whatever. All of those things are free too and you can learn a lot about a girl doing something remotely physically challenging with her. You will have a good time and feel accomplished as well which will carry over in your interactions. It can be as simple as a hike (which is just walking around)

haha same here..im good looking in prety good shape..i can meet and talk to women and get them to fuck me but i cant keep them because im a very introverted, boring motherfucker..i cant seem to be able to change this..

everything i do needs to rigid and scheduled as well..im not a fun 'lets just go out and do anything' type guy, never will be..

i have no idea how to be more fun overall..i can act it in short bursts but if a girls around me for long, she will realize how bored and stuck in my head i truly am..lol most women are painfully boring too but we are the ones that have t impress them so ugghh
