I have a lot of good friends in my old high school I haven't seen since 2014

If you've done some significant self-improvement your "friends" might not be as thrilled as you are. Go into it as if you were starting at a school where you know nobody & let them warm up to you, the new you, if they want to - be polite, acknowledge them, but start by making a new social circle. Parts of your old one might resurface, just filter those who can't accept the changes you've made by letting them come to you ...just be ready for the "you've changed" pettiness

Get some cool clothes and don't let your old friends put you in a box on how you use to be. This is redo lol. Slay as much pussy as possible. Again don't let any girl who knew you before to put you in a box of who you use to be.

Have as much fun as possible and focus on your next step. It's hard to understand but after high school none of your old friends are gonna matter. You guys will go your own way.

I was a nerdy virgin all the way through high school until my last year. I made what amounted to an overnight transformation. I ditched my glasses in favour of contact lenses, got trendy haircut at the trendy hair stylist, updated my wardrobe, joined the army reserve, and joined a rock band.

OP seems to have hit on the all but the last point. Buy a guitar and practice the shit out of it for the next month, or work on your karaoke. I ended up fronting a band and we mostly jammed for fun but did two cover songs at a school event and all-of-a-sudden there are a thousand screaming teenage girls who want to get to know me over the course of the semester.

Man, if we could go back knowing what we know now...

The best advise is to stay friends with your old friends if they are cool about it, but add to it with your new found RP knowledge. Those friends will probably continue to be your best true friends. Unless they are turds, then fuck 'em. :)

Also, btw, on average cool kids in high school are peaking in life. Stay hungry and focused on school. There is a time and place for everything...and that's college. Being an 8/10 with some intellectual chops, focus on personal interests, and game in college = a pussy buffet.
