If people bring up your past, or remind you of these mistakes, own up to it but laugh it off in such a way that shows that you've grown out of that nonsense, like, "Yeah, I sure was acting like a little bitch back then, wtf was I thinking?" Everyone pulled a bunch of lame-ass shit when they were younger, put it behind you and quit caring what other people think.

If you actually learnt from the past, it shouldn't be a shameful thing. If your manhood gets castrated everytime a thought pops into your head, you're not really past it. Accept the bad and grow from it. The best way to lose your beta baggage is by getting rid of it, and turning it into present success.

If people from your past constantly reduce you to your old self, you have to ask yourself if you've really changed, and why that happens. You'll get a stronger foundation for yourself once you understand. Alternatively just cut them out. It's not logical to make yourself needlessly suffer.

The Frame you set for yourself and the lens you look at the world shape how the past and present affect you. When looking back your lens tend to shift to the lens you had in the past. The core of betahood is being a victim, that things just happen and You have no power in your life. Thing is you always had and have power over your life, you just did not use it. You cant change the past all you can do is learn from it and be a better man today then you were yesterday.

To be honest, I moved. Amongst other reasons, my move from TX to MN was spurred on by the desire to change myself. It was a difficult decision, but one I had been planning for some time, and to be honest, I've gotten more pussy in the past year then at almost any other point in my life, (hell 3 hours ago, I was tapping some strange). If that's not an option, you also have the option of getting a new social circle, or just not giving a fuck and take responsibility for your past actions.
