Whenever you see an opportunity to talk to ANY attractive female, married or single, old or young, do it, even if there is ZERO chance of anything developing. You can easily, very easily, approach 10 women a day this way.

Lady cop directing traffic? Hi, how's your day going. At least the weather is nice. You get to write any tickets today?

Cashier at the grocery store? I heard it's supposed to rain this weekend.

Girl waiting to cross the street? I hate this intersection, I almost got run over by some idiot yesterday.

MILF in the grocery store? Do you know where they keep the spaghetti noodles?

Since you're not expecting anything to come from these interactions you will genuinely stop caring whether the conversation goes anywhere or not. Sooner or later you will run into some girl who is genuinely interested in you. You know this because they continue the conversation. Then you can invite them for ice cream, or back to your hotel, or to go take a walk in the park, or whatever.

The key thing is to develop the habit of approaching all the time in a non-threatening manner. Since you're not trying to get laid, you won't even think of it as rejection anymore.

If you keep this up long enough while you work on your lifting, diet, hobbies, etc, one of the cashiers, or MILFs or lady cops is going to be interested in you.
