I'm 33 and have been feeling really empty for a long time. I have a decent career and earn pretty OK money ($190k in MCOL area). I own a >$600k house, have lots of money stashed for retirement, have six figures in cash that I'm figuring out what to do with (I was just touring investment property at a ski resort today) and no debt other than a mortgage that is a very small percentage of my income.

I've spent years and years traveling for work, expanding my company in Europe and Asia. I've been to 30+ countries, have climbed in the hymalayas, Alaska, Canada, Peru, the Alps etc.

I lift a lot, so a lot of long distance trail running and backcountry skiing, etc. I set goals and achieve them- this year I ran the Grand Canyon solo and did an even longer endurance run with a girl I've been banging.

I spent the single for almost a year after my LTR ended a year ago. I've hooked up with girls without issue (I don't think I've gone more than a week or two without having sex this year) and I stay as active as I can with my dog and friends.

I just feel so empty and depressed if I'm honest. It kinda feels like no girl compares to the connection that I had with my LTR and I have no idea how to find my purpose despite reading a bunch of self help books. It also feels like I don't have a lot of passion in my life- like I used to care about stuff but now I don't really anymore after seeing the dark side of humanity again and again. I really don't trust people and I feel like I can't engage and connect in the way I used to when I was younger. It feels like my life is closing off and no one knows me despite having a lot of friends. It's like everyone else is in another place in life (marriage, kids) and I'm out here on my own.

Today I was on a trip to a world class ski resort touriny some ski in/ski out condos that I'm considering gir second home but just came away feeling like "what's the point? I don't have anyone to share this with besides my parents who live a thousand miles away."

I do well at work, but I really truly don't give a shit. My company pays me well because I make them money, but at the end of the day I don't care about my company or the PE firm that owns it.

In conclusion-

-I'm moderately successful

-I follow all traditional guidance for lifting, eating healthy, getting exercise

-I have a dog that I love dearly who I adventure with

-I have traveled for years and years on both personal endeavors and even more so for work.

-I can't stop feeling lost and empty despite all of the above

Any ideas for what I should consider?
