It's quite simple really, but since I've started to do what is good for me (lifting, studying, having interests, dressing well), I'm loving myself more and more, and it's really easy to talk about what you love, but when you talk about yourself you're giving a lot of information away that really doesn't need to be out there, and some of it can bite you in the arse (experienced this first hand, and there's a ton of FR on trp where a guy just regrets opening up).

So here's a resolution: I'll try to stop talking about myself from now on unless asked, and when asked, try to conceal anything that's controversial or personal about me.

Does/did anybody else experience this? Any tips? I've found that any time I've tried to improve an aspect of myself, asking for advice to the relevant people has helped it go much faster.
