We all know that guy who you can't trust. You tell him a secret then as soon as you leave, he's taking the piss out of you with his(and your) friends.

I've been the victim of this, I hate people who do this. But I do it.

For example, my friend told me he shaved his balls before a party because he thought he would get laid(for the first time). He didn't get close.

It's funny, yes. But he trusted me with that information and I went and told it to someone else to make them laugh. In a way is that just me seeking validation from others?

For the past 3 years I have told myself on numerous occasions that I need to stop, but it seems I never do. How do I stop this habit?
