Don’t text back so fast, only text for logistics, only see her for sex.

Cut off the attention, dates, gifts, etc.

It’s easier said than done because when you shower her with gifts and attention then abruptly stop it can go one of two ways:

She will get back in line because of the withdrawal.
She will bounce to someone else who will provide her the comfort and attention.

Either way it’s on your terms and that’s what’s most important.

Yes she can say "fuck off" in which case you demote her further.

The alternative is keeping a rude bitchy girl as LTR.

But fundamentally the demoting doesn't happen overtly. You don't tell her. You just treat her differently and as she deserves.

You don't tell her anything, you just stop seeing her and texting her as frequently as you were before, she'll get the hint when you text her only when you wanna fuck.

Girls have more sexual experience than you think, she's been demoted multiple times before, she knows when it's happening, if she thinks you're hot enough she'll accept taking your booty calls but if she thinks you're a meh/10 she'll refuse sharing you with other girls and break up with you.

Few are capable of demoting an LTR to a plate, which I why I advise against it. Nearly every time I see someone express interest in demoting, it's a guy with oneitis. His LTR has done something that requires him to dump her if he wants to retain any self respect, and he knows that, yet he can't stand the thought of not screwing his little princess again. He thus rationalizes in his mind that he can demote her and keep his self respect while continuing to have sex with her. He thinks he'll have the best of both worlds, and he secretly hopes that one day she'll be his LTR again. In real life, it doesn't work that way.

Only guys who are experienced and truly have abundance can pull off demoting an LTR to plate. And by abundance, I mean guys who are maintaining sexual relationships with multiple women, which forecloses the demoting option to nearly everyone in LTRs. Abundance in this context does not mean focused on your mission, you could get other girls but don't want to, or you don't care what women think. It means you are currently having sex with multiple women and don't care if you lose one of them. And even though guys in that position are capable of demoting, most of the time the girl won't go for it anyway. And no, that doesn't mean you aren't alpha enough and she will comply if you improve your SMV. Women care a lot about appearances and what their friends think, and going along with being demoted to plate isn't a good look for women; indeed, doing so invites scorn from her friends, which most women can't handle.

If your LTR is bitchy, ignore her. If it continues, dump her and move on.

If she tells you to fuck off, then the trash in essence takes itself out.You don't want just women in your life but women in your life that are gonna see your value and fight to keep you around, not push you away.

Demote. You don't take her to those better dates. See her less. You in turn give less effort but the sex always stays consistent. Regardless of level.
