I’m pretty new to this and I’ve seen the term “hb” floating around. I’ve brushed up on the vocab but I can’t seem to find anything that qualifies what each rating would really mean or if it’s just entirely subjective

Can it change? Is personality a factor or is it just looks? Do I get to decide my own rating or does someone else have to?
