Some will say deny, and for some, that's probably the right answer.

Personally, I just choose to own my shit with anything I do "wrong."

The trick is to never believe you did wrong. "I made the best decision at the time with the information and decision-making skills I had" should be your mindset.

As far as what to say to an LTR if you get caught, I tend to lean towards things similar to, "Yeah, I did. What's the issue? You're my #1 girl. Who cares? Do you care because you think you should care? What does this change? Are you telling me I can't like you emotionally because I like more than one women sexually? Do you see that every famous man--aka men with options--does the same thing?"

Basically, my strategy is to normalize it, and make it seem like this is normal for me, and just what I do. Associating my own value to that of famous people and other high value men, which is a DHV by association--implying that your life experience has led you to believe you're similar to them. That this is normal for you. It makes it seem like a necessary evil to securing a high status Alpha.

I've only ever had one LTR, but I had sex with like 20 girls while with that LTR. Had that conversation a few times. Worked every time. Girl was hot too, HB8. Not a low value girl putting up with it due to lack of options. On the contrary, my willingness to lose her over it despite her high value only put a higher value on me.

If you gave someone your word you stand by it. That said, if you fucked up, and she finds out, you hold frame and apologize once and be calm and collected about it. Dont beg for her back.

Your frame is "yeah I fucked up, I wont do it again, people make mistakes, you can take me or leave me, I'm fine with either."

Even if you cheated, its generally still best to end it as she will always hold that against you, strong arm you/shame you about it and she will never fully trust you again.
