Eh, I think you just need to be compatible with your wife where she just likes who you are and will always view you as the alpha/rock in her life.

Also, make sure your goals of married/family life are aligned. If she imagined having 4 kids and a white fence and you didn’t, it’s going to reduce leverage because she won’t see the value in staying with you. Even subconsciously.

Dread life to moderate levels combined with proper comfort test completion. You also need to keep the adventures going which isnt easy after years and years. You have to continually reinvent yourself as a new exciting person to keep the feels going. Netflix and chill for date night isnt going to cut it.

Then the kids come and it's harder. That's one big comfort test but you have to reapply dread although carefully. This is where most alphas fuck up. They get into a comfort routine which is needed with an infant but then they start taking shit acting like a good little beta. She is going to try to beta you in this stage. You kinda have to lash out with dread but you cant apply it too hard or long or you just become an asshole.

The main goal is to keep her friends jealous at all times and at this point her main friends should be other young moms. If you dont give enough comfort you are an asshole and the friends will hang you daily. Be good with the kids and help out in some big ways but dont be a slave. Don't become a bitch but save the day. When she is losing her shit with the kid take them and go play somewhere or tell her go to sleep you need rest I got this. If you ALWAYS do this you are the beta, but just enough and you are the hero. She doesnt tell her friends you make her breakfast every day and watches the kids so she can watch tv all day, for that she tells them you are boring and justifies fucking the pool boy. Be the hero in sprinkles and she tells them everytime. They love you. You are better than their husbands that just watch football all weekend.

Now on fitness. No dad bods. Simple but difficult. Everytime you play with the kid make it exercise. Baby shoulder presses, squats everything while making fun baby noises. As they get older they ride you doing pushups or pullups. Fitness with a dad schedule is fucking hard, but your wife doesnt care how hard it is. Want a fat disinterested wife? Me either so find a way.

Host the first birthday party gilling up some good meat and make her friends eye fuck you when you are in the pool to play with all the kids, you win. It's a fucking tightrope though the comfort tests and needs will very easily turn to disrespect as she even the best wife starts to see you as her slave and you have to remind her you are helping out of kindness not weakness.

Now adventures with kids. Oh you thought you could just make life all about the kids now? Wrong. Now you have to make new adventures for the whole fuciking family, keep your body chiseled, help out your wife and still apply moderate dread! Fuck this is hard. Yeah.

So why not just live the single life forever? Well this will shock you pups but even pulling 10s on the regular gets boring. Even skiing the worlds most dangerous peaks via helicopter insertion gets boring. You don't believe me and I didnt either 10 years ago but eventually a family is the only challenge you have left to conquer. This last challenge though, failure is worse than death, vet her accordingly.

Don't get married. Don't move in wih someone you don't intend to have children with.

You don't. Women aren't wired to be with the same man forever. They get bored of you eventually and want someone different. Not necessarily someone with higher SMV, just someone different. When that happens, some nag, some cheat, and some just accept it. If you ever get the opportunity, listen to how middle aged women talk about their husbands sometime.
