It's pretty simple - she's crossing a boundary of yours. The only way you can stop this is not tolerate it. Tell her if she leaves and doesn't come back, she needs to find a new permanent residence. Then follow through.

Since she's gotten away with it before, she's going to do it again. She won't believe you when you say it now. Start steeling yourself, I know you care about her but this is one you're gonna have to just fight through your emotions and do it even though it feels horrible.

I think in the end, that's a strong element of what they preach on here. We can all claim to be aloof, dark triad, mother fuckers, but in the end most of us still have a heart. Implementing healthy behaviors and boundaries for a man is sometimes really hard because we are the more emotional, loving gender, and we have to do things that hurt when we do them. We recognize the dynamics for what they really are, swallow the pill in all it's unpleasantness, but we never grow to like it. At most, you just become jaded, angry, and cynical if you try to suppress your heart. I know a lot of TRP'ers on here will downvote and disagree with that, but it's my belief.

The thing that really hit hard with me when I heard it a long time ago now was being with the wrong woman will prevent you from getting with the right woman when she comes along. We've only got so much space in our lives. It's important to choose what we fill that space with wisely, and sometimes to leave space open to easily incorporate new good things when they come along.

Start by getting your own place. If she's going to leave on a whim, she shouldn't be living with you, and should not be welcomed back.

First of all, you can't control anyone and make them act how you want them to. That is a BP fantasy, give it up. All you can decide is whether or not you will put up with someone's behavior, not how they behave. Clearly you have opted to put up with this shit. Second of all, if she knows you're uncomfortable with this but still does it she obviously doesn't respect you. You didn't clarify whether her friend is a girl or a guy but I'm guessing it's a guy. And of course he's going to be pro you and her, she comes over to bang him every time she has a disagreement with you.

By never talking to her ever again and fucking new girls. Except that's not an option cause you already decided to cohabitate with her
