Well, you do what the heck you want to do, seemingly, read. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The only thing you should understand is, the fact that you like reading and history won't make you any more or less attractive. Just like I have to accept the fact it doesn't make ME any more attractive either.

The illusion breaking conclusion to the red pill is, people are not drawn to each other because they're seeking friends (most of the time). They are drawn to each other because they are seeking some sort of utility or sex, so, acing stuff that makes you a good friend, or an intellectually accomplished and interesting person, won't get people attracted to you.

Once you understand that, whether you chose to make yourself a more attractive person or not, is TOTALLY your choice.

By the way, we do assume women are stupid. It's not because you are stupid, though. It's because way too many women play dumb to avoid some hardship, in the broadest possible concept of hardship, hence, despite act stupid.
